Printer Features
Ink damper
Ink damper stabilizes ink pressure to ensure continuous flow and prevent printhead dry-fire.
Powder shaker
Powder shaker replaces manual shaking and oven drying. It ensures uniform powder distribution on films via integrated heating tubes for rapid drying.
Film roll holders
Film roll holders are positioned at the front and rear of the machine. The film must be threaded around the fixed rods on these holders to ensure stable transportation. The black knobs on the side are used to adjust the film tension during printing, preventing misalignment or slack.
Senyang board
Senyang board ensures precise ink droplet control and consistent ink-spot position, high-resolution for DTF printing.
